Learning environment
Collaborative learning
The BioBusiness Masterclass is built around collaborative learning. Throughout the program, participants learn from experts, founders, business developers and one other through different learning formats.
Instead of remaining in one fixed group, you will work with different people throughout the program, gaining new perspectives, expanding your network and challenging your own assumptions.
How you’ll learn together
Multiple learning formats ensure you benefit from diverse perpectives and build meaningful connections across the entire cohort.
Learning teams
You’ll be part of a small multidisciplinary team of 3–4 founders and life science professionals. Together, you’ll discuss homework, share feedback and support each other’s growth.
Intervision coaching
The intervision groups consist of 3-5 participants which differ from the ‘learning teams’. This gives you space to reflect, share experiences and learn from different peers.
Rotating workshops
Workshop sessions regularly take place in smaller groups or pairs, allowing you to collaborate with nearly every participant throughout the programme.
Expert coaching
Receive personal feedback of 40+ entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts and learn from the questions and experience of other participants.
Residental setting
The residential setting creates essential time to connect beyond the sessions, with shared meals, informal moments and activities.
Learning teams through the years
The 2027 learning teams will be announced after the start of the programme.
2026
One cohort. Many perspectives.
One of the most valuable outcomes of the Masterclass are the connections you gain with others that face similar entrepreneurial challenge that learn from and support each other throughout the program and far beyond.
