Guidelines to Apply

Applications for the BioBusiness Masterclass 2027 are now open.

You can apply either as:

• a founder or co-founder of a life sciences startup, or
• a business developer or professional with a similar role in the life sciences sector.

Founder Track

As a founder, you will participate with your own startup idea or (draft) business plan and should be actively involved as a founder or co-founder of a biotech or life sciences startup.

We recommend applying if you:

1. Have participated in an incubator, acccelorator or startup program;
2. Have received financial support, such as receiving grants, regional or investor support, or other early funding support initiatives.

If you do not yet meet these criteria, we encourage you to contact our team at office@biobusinessmasterclass.nl. We are happy to discuss whether the program is a good fit for your stage and ambitions.

Business Developer Track

The Business Developer Track is intended for professionals working at companies, startups, research institutes, universities, hospitals, or other knowledge organizations within the life sciences sector. You should apply if who like to be trained in management of a biotech company, writing a business plan, or business developments. 

Business Developer Track

• Comprehensive Training: Five in-depth BioBusiness modules of 2,5 days each.
• Program Materials: Access to the lessons, case studies, and training resources.
• Coaching and Guidance: Personalized coaching sessions and feedback.
• Expert Insights: Sessions with top-tier teachers, guest speakers, and industry leaders.
• Accommodation: Overnight stays at the Baak – Seaside, in private hotel rooms.
• Dining: Breakfast and lunch buffets, and three-course dinners for each module.
