Predicts liver toxicity for the future drugs, compounds and chemicals
helloR&D is a liver toxicity prediction company for novel drugs, compounds and chemicals. Based on our proprietary technology, the hepatocyte-like liver organoids (hellos), we are developing a comprehensive toxicity testing platform to provide mechanistic insights for drug developers. This allows us to help derisking and instructing further development. We have already validated our technology to outcompete current gold standard liver models and are setting up collaborations with various industry partners. Indi Joore (CEO) and Ibrahim Ardisasmita (CSO) spearhead a highly motivated and expert team. Together, helloR&D has taken big strides in developing novel liver toxicity assays generating insights into compound-induced cytotoxicity, cholestasis, mitotoxicity, steatosis and CYP-inhibition/induction.
