About

The BioBusiness Masterclass empowers participants to develop essential business and leadership skills, bridging the gap between science and industry. With expert-led modules, personalized coaching, and a strong network of peers and mentors, the Masterclass equips participants to excel in the biotech and life sciences sectors. The masterclass consists of 6 modules of 2.5 day each.

Participants of the BioBusiness Masterclass

The BioBusiness Masterclass welcomes a diverse group of participants, including both start-up founders and life sciences professionals. Each year, the class composition varies, but on average (from 2009 to 2024) half of the participants join with their own start-ups, while the other half consists of industry professionals such as business developers and specialists from established companies and academic institutions. This mix fosters a dynamic learning environment, combining entrepreneurial innovation with corporate expertise.
